The apartment is located in Lezzeno only 100m from the hotel and just 6 km from Bellagio, the most famous tourist village on Lake Como.  It is well known in the world for its beautiful location, situated between the green of the mountains and the blue of the lake and surrounded by spacious blossoming gardens.

Just at few steps from the house there are several small food shops in the village, which can cater for all the bare essentials including  a pharmacy.  The bus stop to Bellagio or Como town is just 50m from the apartment and it is also possible to catch a ferryboat from Lezzeno which can take you on trips throughout the lake.

The apartment has a wonderful lakeside view and is just a short walk across the road from the stoney lakeside shore.

The apartment has recently been tastefully restored  and incorporates the following accommodation:

Ground floor:
Spacious independent entry, laundry room with washingmachine, washbasin, shower, wc and a large space for bicycles.

First floor:
Kitchen with table and chairs, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, fireplace, electric oven and small balcony.
The Sitting room has a sofa and armchair, sat tv, hoven fireplace and wondeful lakeview.

Second floor:
There are two bedrooms: one has a large doublebed  with tv and the other one twin room that can become double bedroomwith has a safe deposit box, bathroom with bathtub and shower, washbasin and wc.

There is parking next to the house for unloading the luggage and garage facilities are available at extra cost at the hotel.
All the furniture in the house is new and choosen with care.

PRICES

- Daily price  Euro 75.00 low season and Euro 160.00 high season up to 4 persons

- Every extra person Euro 7.00 child up to  12 years old Euro 5.00
- Heating cost: Euro 1.00 pro meter cube

- Towels, linen and final cleaning included

- Cribs, and child chairs free of charge and on request

- Free use of the solarium, sunbeds, beachumbrellas, canoes, kayaks by the Hotel Aurora

- To pay: water ski and wakeboard school by the hotel, boat rental and tennis

- Buffet breakfast at the hotel is available at the daily cost of Euro 10.00 per person form   adults and children up to 12 cost Euro 5.00.

- Extra cleaning is also available on request.

- Garage Euro 5.00 per day
